We secure the systems you already run — keep the 2 a.m. login, lose the 2 a.m. drive.
Common plant operations problems
Aging equipment, incidents coming more often
A new system operators quietly stopped using
We fix all three without selling you a single license. Fixed scope — done when it works, and your operators agree it works.
What we deliver
Security your operators will actually use
Systems get rejected when they're designed by people who've never set foot in the plant. We build with your operators in the room, on the equipment and software you already own — and we don't leave until it's something they'd fight to keep.
Secure remote access
Per-user, recorded, audit-ready — so remote operations are safe to keep on. The shared VPN box and the jump server finally retire.
Segmentation that holds
Control zones with no path to the internet — by construction, not by policy. One watched door for everything that must cross.
Backups that restore
PLC programs, gateway configs, HMI projects — captured, versioned, and actually tested. One lightning strike stops being a rebuild-from-memory event.
Documentation that survives
As-builts and runbooks that get the system’s peculiarities out of two people’s heads — before those two people retire.
Answers you can prove
Every host, firewall, and gateway on one clock, one record. When something happens at 2 a.m. — or an auditor asks in March — you can show exactly what happened, not reconstruct it from memory.
Changes you can trust
Network and system changes planned, reviewed, applied, and independently verified — reversible by design, done inside your maintenance windows.
No software to buy. Ignition or VTScada, FortiGate or Cisco, Rockwell or Schneider — we secure what you already run. No licenses, no lock-in, no migration agenda. If what you own is enough, we'll tell you.
How we work
Built around how plants actually buy
For integrators & primes
We carry the security scope
Your controls bench is booked solid and every project now carries a security workstream. We take that scope under your contract — and help you hand over a system the owner’s operators actually embrace. Your paper, your schedule, your win.
For operators & owners
Start small, see results
A one-week exposure check that tells you in plain language what can reach your control system from outside. A remote-access retrofit that ends the drive-outs. Fixed scope, priced by milestone — no year-one platform commitment.
After handover
We make ourselves replaceable
Systems rot when upkeep depends on someone remembering. So we automate it: backups that run and verify themselves, access reviews on a schedule, drift that raises its hand before it becomes a surprise. The goal is that you never need to call us — we take pride in becoming redundant.
Straight answers
Questions we get
Do you sell software?
No. We are vendor-neutral and carry no product margin. We design and deliver security on the SCADA, network, and server equipment you already own — and if what you own is enough, we say so.
Do you replace our integrator?
No. Your integrator owns the control logic; we own the security workstream — alongside them, or as their subcontractor. Integrators bring us in precisely because their controls bench is full.
Will this disrupt operations?
Our designs respect what cannot be restarted. Work happens inside your maintenance windows, changes are planned and reversible, and nothing we deploy adds agents or open ports inside your control zones.
Are you certified?
We work aligned with IEC 62443 practice and our documentation stands up to owner and auditor review. We are not a certification body and won’t pretend to be — if your project needs a certifying entity, we’ll work under one.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is fixed-scope and priced by milestone. The usual first step is a one-week exposure check — small enough to approve without a committee, useful enough to act on either way.
We’re a three-person ops team. Too small?
That’s who we build for. Big platforms assume a security team you don’t have. Our job is to leave you with something a small team can run — and a phone number where the same engineer picks up.

Tell us what you're dealing with
Remote access that got pulled and never came back. A project carrying security scope your team can't staff. A system nobody fully trusts anymore. Two sentences is plenty — an engineer replies, not a sales sequence.
